1) *The in-store credit will become available for use within 1-2 weeks after delivery of your order. You will receive complete instructions by e-mail as well as by U.S. Postal Mail stating your in-store credit Value as and how to use your in-store credit with your next purchase at SPYNK Security/SPYNK.com. In case of a refund/exchange request, your in-store credit will be voided if the funds have not been used -or- the in-store credit value will be deducted from your final refund amount if the funds have been used. All other Return Policies apply.

2) **The Mail-in-Rebate will be sent to you in form of a check or money order (cashable in the U.S.A) by certified U.S. Postal Mail within 3-4 weeks after delivery of your order. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when the Mail-in-Rebate is issued/mailed. In case of a refund/exchange request, the original Rebate amount will be deducted from your final refund amount if necessary. All other Return Policies apply.

3) ***In case you decide to return your AIR TASER [for an exchange/refund], the bonus TVC-2 must also be returned at the same time.
